Salary: $67,500.00–$70,000.00 (based on experience). The final salary will be determined by department budgets and candidate qualifications.

One NIH‑funded postdoctoral fellow position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Lu Huang. The Huang laboratory focuses on innate immune responses during Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, with a particular focus on the immunometabolism of innate immune cells, including macrophages and neutrophils. The lab employs multidisciplinary approaches including immunology, microbiology, cell biology, metabolism, and genomics to address fundamental questions in host‑pathogen interactions and innate immune responses in the lung.

• Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Immunology, Microbiology, Lung Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in small animal procedures, flow cytometry, immune cell purification and culture.
• Background in macrophage biology, innate immunity, immunometabolism and experience working in a Biosafety Level 3 laboratory is especially encouraged.
• Strong time‑management and communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
