Rotate across the full R&D life-cycle including early research, transnational medicine, clinical development and regulatory affairs. Participate in early-stage project initiation, project management, R&D system optimization and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Participate in the application of AI technologies across end-to-end innovative drug R&D.

Progressively participate in corporate R&D strategy formulation, pipeline planning, project initiation and evaluation.

Track cutting-edge biopharma technologies, target developments, competitor pipelines and policy changes worldwide. Draw insights from special reports covering R&D trend analysis, technology introduction assessment and partnership exploration to continuously build up industry expertise.

Fresh PhD graduate from top overseas universities, majoring in Biology, Biomedicine, Biomedical Engineering, Computational Biology etc.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, capable of conducting academic exchanges and international R&D cooperation independently.
