We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented laboratory professional to maintain and operate flow cytometers and support the immunology group in developing therapies for inflammatory, autoimmune, and fibrotic diseases. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in flow cytometry, including troubleshooting assays, working with multi‑color panels, and understanding spectral overlap. The candidate should also have great communication skills and be able to communicate with vendors for instrument troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
In addition, the candidate must maintain accurate laboratory documentation and be comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Maintain flow cytometers including daily cleans and QCs.
- Communicate with cytometer vendors to problem solve instrument issues.
- Isolate PBMCs for flow cytometric analysis.
- Perform ELISA and MSD assays.
- Collaborate across research sites and share key learnings and best practices.
