About the RoleAs a Junior Scientist, you will be a core contributor in the lab, executing experiments that power our R&D pipeline. This is a highly hands-on role where strong technical execution and attention to detail are critical. You’ll work closely with senior team members to run and refine workflows, generate high-quality data, and ensure experiments are well-documented and reproducible. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to build deep lab expertise in a fast-paced environment.
WhatWe Look For
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their bench work and brings a high level of care, precision, and ownership to everything they do. You are naturally detail-oriented and understand that strong science depends on consistency and rigor, both in execution and documentation. You’re reliable, organized, and able to manage your time effectively in a lab setting. You’re also curious and eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously improve your technical skills.
Most importantly, you value reproducibility and understand the importance of clear, thorough record-keeping in a collaborative R&D environment.

- Perform molecular biology workflows with a focus on PCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS) and related techniques
- Prepare samples, run assays, and operate standard lab instrumentation
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely experimental records
- Analyze and document experimental results, flagging inconsistencies or issues
- Follow established protocols and contribute to their optimization
- Ensure compliance with lab safety and quality standards
- Bachelor’s in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genomics, or a related field
- Minimum 2+ years industry experience in relevant field
- Hands-on experience with PCR and NGS workflows
- Strong laboratory technique and attention to detail ("good lab hands")
- Demonstrated experience with rigorous scientific documentation
- Ability to follow protocols precisely and work independently on assigned tasks
- Experience with library preparation, sample QC, and sequencing platforms (e.g., Illumina, ONT)
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools for sequencing output
