Position: Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator I Pulmonary Research

Overview

The Clinical Research Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day operations of clinical research studies in accordance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and study protocols. This role assists with participant recruitment and retention, coordinates study visits, collects and records research data, and helps ensure accurate documentation and timely study‑related communications. The coordinator works closely with investigators, research staff, stakeholders and participants to promote efficient study execution and protocol compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow up with enrolled participants by phone regarding survey responses.
  • Enter and maintain participant data in the study database.
  • Process and submit participant payments.
  • Schedule and coordinate study visits.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts.
  • Support Institutional Review Board submissions and other regulatory documentation.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required.
  • Some relevant research project work (0‑1 year) preferred.
  • Experience in lieu of a degree is not accepted.

  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Working knowledge of clinical research protocols.
