Job SummaryThis role is designed for candidates who plan to pursue advanced graduate studies (e.g., a Ph.D. or M.D.) and offers an opportunity to engage in rigorous research projects under the mentorship of leading scholars. The position provides hands‑on experience in research methodologies, data analysis, and academic writing, making it an excellent stepping stone for future educational and research careers.
Essential Functions- Ability to work objectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Collaborate on research projects, contributing to study design, data collection, and analysis.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews to summarize existing research in the field.
- Develop and maintain datasets for research purposes.
- Perform statistical, quantitative and/or computational analyses.
- Organize, attend and effectively participate in team meetings, workshops and seminars.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching or training materials as needed.
- Draft, edit, and contribute to research publications, presentations and grant proposals.
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study required;
Master’s degree in related field of study preferred.
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
Experience- Preferred 0‑1 year of previous research lab experience.
- Preferred 0‑1 year of research‑related experience.
- Preferred 0‑1 year of new graduate with some relevant coursework.
- Preferred 0‑1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
