We are especially interested in novel genes for which genetically engineered mouse strains were generated by CRISPR‑Cas9 in our laboratory.
- Perform and assist in studies that include animal models of disease (e.g., mouse survival surgery), mouse genotyping and breeding colony management.
- Conduct cell cultures, immunology methods and molecular biology techniques (e.g., ELISA, PCR, Western blotting, lung histology).
- Support basic lab management and organization.
- Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Training opportunities related to research projects and work experience in an international team of scientists and physicians.
