Harvard Medical School’s Department of Biomedical Informatics seeks a skilled Genomic Data Curator to join the SMaHT Data Analysis Center. The Park Lab focuses on understanding genetic and epigenetic mechanisms in disease via computational genomic analysis.
The successful candidate will manage, harmonize, and standardize datasets across tissues, build reproducible data wrangling pipelines, apply ontologies, and collaborate to publish datasets to the SMaHT Data Portal.
