Medical Program Lead

Role Overview

The Medical Program Lead will participate in the development of and lead the execution of the medical pre‑launch and launch activities for an Immunology asset, while adhering to the highest scientific and ethical standards. Activities include medical affairs tactics, support to scientific communications, publications and clinical studies, and continuous support to activities and deliverables owned by the cross‑functional headquarters teams (including Marketing, Patient Access, and Community Engagement).

• Execute global medical strategy for an Immunology asset, including building and executing global medical strategy and tactical plans (pre‑launch and launch).
• Manage engagement of global KOLs in the field.
• Provide input to clinical development activities.
• Lead internal and external medical/scientific communication and education deliverables.
• Lead external and internal training and training material.
• Provide scientific input to external and internal scientific publications.
• Support cross‑functional projects.
• Provide scientific input to the development of material driven by cross‑functional teams.

• Significant level of knowledge in Immunology.
• Ability to build and further develop productive relationships with key external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop productive relationships and contributions within the cross‑functional headquarters team, as well as with local affiliate offices and collaborative partners.
• Model the highest scientific and ethical standards, and work in accordance with applicable rules and regulations with regards to medical activities.

Preferred candidates are located close to one of our East Coast offices (NC and MA).
