Senior Manager of Clinical Research

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Senior Manager of Clinical Research in Boston, MA for a long-term, on site position!

This is a 13-week contract (520 hours) to start with the potential to become a permanent.

Senior-level leadership opportunity supporting a Center for Clinical Research Advancement. This position focuses on clinical research administration, research billing and finance compliance, operational process improvement, policy development, education, and strategic program implementation across Research & Sponsored Programs.

• Lead clinical research billing and finance compliance initiatives.
• Improve research workflows, policies, audit processes, and Epic research billing integration.
• Partner with research leadership to implement operational improvements and compliance best practices.
• Develop and deliver educational programming and mentor research staff.
• Lead strategic special projects, investigator development initiatives, and cross-functional committees.
• Support research operations, policy development, career development programming, and institutional process improvements.

• Master’s degree required.
• Extensive experience in clinical research administration.
• Strong background in clinical research billing, finance, and research compliance.
• Experience with process improvement, systems implementation, and policy development.
• Academic medical center experience strongly preferred.
• Epic research billing experience highly desirable.
• Proven leadership, program management, and mentoring experience.
