Our client, a highly respected consulting organization, is seeking a Research & Knowledge Specialist to uncover critical insights that support case strategy, business development, and competitive intelligence initiatives. This role involves conducting research projects, synthesizing findings into actional insights, and maintaining knowledge resources that enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting complex information-gathering initiatives across business, industry, and legal topics
- Evaluating requests and delivering concise, actionable summaries for internal stakeholders
- Utilizing specialized databases and proprietary resources to uncover relevant insights
- Maintaining and enhancing knowledge repositories, internal records, and information management systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve content organization and retrieval processes
- Supporting strategic initiatives through competitive intelligence and market analysis
- Collaborating with colleagues across the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products
The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of substantive research experience within consulting, executive search, knowledge management, library services, archival research, or other professional services environments; exceptional qualitative research and information-gathering skills; strong experience working with complex databases and research platforms; ability to independently manage multiple projects with competing deadlines; excellent analytical thinking, written communication, and information synthesis abilities; strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
