Lead – Neuroscience Primary Market Research and Competitive Intelligence (CI)
Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve Neuroscience’s integrated insights strategy across primary research and competitive intelligence.
  • Partner with senior executives to identify knowledge gaps and shape a research/CI agenda aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Lead a team for market research: study design, vendor selection, fieldwork logistics, analysis, and delivery of final reports.
  • Develop primary research/CI tools and trainings to grow team capabilities and improve processes and vendor management.
  • Introduce best-in-class methodologies to better understand physician, patient, and other stakeholder behaviors and needs.
  • Select appropriate research methodologies by study objectives; prioritize direct reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed insights into decision-making; act as trusted advisor with strategic recommendations.
  • Manage external research agencies, CI vendors, and data partners.
Qualifications/

Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred (business/marketing/data science/engineering).
  • 10+ years in data-driven decision-making, management consulting, or related bio-pharmaceutical experience.
  • Neuroscience experience highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI and GenAI implementation.
  • Proven leadership in matrix organizations; can motivate teams to high performance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; translate complex insights into actionable strategy.
  • Expert in persuasive presentations and mentoring.
  • Proficient with business intelligence tools.
  • In-depth healthcare analytics experience (e.g., patient claims data, market access, sales analytics).
  • Strong project management; meets deadlines and goals.
  • Vendor and budget management; excellent collaboration.
  • Ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions; adaptable to changing needs/tech.

Travel:
Occasional domestic overnight travel may be required.
