Basecamp Research is building frontier AI for therapeutic design. We believe the future of medicine lies in reprogramming the body to repair itself, and we design the models and the medicines to teach it how.

Our EDEN models are trained on Base Data, the world's largest proprietary genomic dataset, with over 10B genes collected through partnerships in more than 30 countries across all seven continents. This gives our AI models access to genetic diversity that doesn't exist in public databases, and enables EDEN to design cell and gene therapies, enzymes, and peptides directly from information about a disease.

Our pipeline of EDEN-designed therapeutics, beginning with in vivo cell therapy, is advancing towards clinical development.

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Technical
Program Manager, Science to join our Boston team, embedded within the Chief Scientific Officer’s organization. This role supports our research and data groups across Innovation Science, Genetics and Genotoxicity
, helping all these teams work together smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the connective tissue between departments – driving internal operational efficiency, coordinating cross-team projects, managing key partnerships, and overseeing the tools and operations that our technical teams rely on. You will also have the opportunity to play a leading role in future Alliances with external parties.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing processes, facilitating collaboration, goal setting/tracking and supporting the team in meeting deliverables, as well as liaising with counterparts through Alliances with external partners.

You’ll report directly to the CSO, operating in tight dotted-line alignment with the London-based CTO Program Management office/team. In this capacity, you will ensure that scientific milestones are synchronized with foundational model release cycles. You will need to ensure that our team of scientists and engineers can focus on pioneering research and development. • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across data, science and biology teams to plan and execute cross-functional initiatives. Ensure coordination between science and technology teams, especially in the context of generating post‑training and fine‑tuning data for foundation model development.
