Pharmacology Principal Research Associate responsible for conducting high-quality ex vivo and in vivo experiments to evaluate compound effects on disease models, primarily focusing on immune and muscular dystrophy-related research.
Responsibilities:- design and execute independent experiments
- lead flow cytometry and cell sorting workflows with ex vivo samples from rodent and large animal studies
- perform animal handling
- dosing via multiple routes
- tissue dissection
- sample collection
- basic bioanalytical assays such as ELISA
- analyze data
- troubleshoot protocols
- contribute to publications and patents
- present findings
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences with 5+ years (or Master's with 2+ years) experience; expertise in flow cytometry, cell sorting, in vivo pharmacology techniques, and ELISA; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proficiency in experimental design, data interpretation, and scientific communication.
- ex vivo/in vivo disease models, immunology, muscular dystrophy, pharmacology, flow cytometry, biofluid analysis, on-site role, with collaboration across research functions.
