Scientist I/II in In Vivo Pharmacology for immunology, inflammation, and oncology programs, focusing on target validation, mechanism-of-action, and efficacy studies using mouse models.
Responsibilities- design, execute, and lead in vivo pharmacology and ex vivo immune profiling studies
- analyze and interpret data
- serve as study lead coordinating cross-disciplinary efforts
- mentor junior staff
- ensure compliance with animal welfare standards
- PhD in immunology, pharmacology, biology, or related field with up to 6 years' postdoctoral or industry experience, or equivalent combination
- strong expertise in mouse in vivo studies, flow cytometry, immune cell isolation, and biomarker assays
- excellent organizational, communication, and laboratory skills
- experience in inflammation, oncology, autoimmune diseases
- advanced flow cytometry, spectral analysis, cytokine platforms, qPCR
- mouse colony management and genetically engineered models
focus on immunology, inflammation, oncology, preclinical in vivo studies, immune profiling, flow cytometry, biomarker evaluation.
Work setuponsite at least 3 days/week, with flexibility required.
