Job DescriptionPrestigious university/college in the greater Boston market is looking for a Culinary Director to lead their culinary operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in elevated, multi-unit dining, be versed in $15 million+ annual food and beverage revenue, and have a minimum of 2 years managing union employees, with strong communication and leadership skills. Creative and innovative chefs with at least 3 years in a culinary director role are encouraged to apply.
