Position: Bartender

Reports to: General Manager

We are seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and professional people to join our team. Our Bartenders know our menus inside and out. Bartenders will create classic and innovative drinks while taking pride in providing attentive, friendly, and sanitary service. We want every Guest to feel like family and create a positive experience to keep them coming back!

• Hospitality to our Guests:
  Understands our culture and takes steps to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
• Guiding guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients.
• Provide food recommendations and address all menu and service-related inquiries.
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests  expectations.
• Follow company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring guests receive safe meals.
• Enter all items served to guests at our Point of Sale (POS) accurately.
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel cared for and encourages return visits.
• Provide accurate checks, accept payments, and complete all appropriate transactions.
• Handle guest complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.

• Hospitality to your Team:
  Arrives to work on time as scheduled, well-groomed in proper attire, and ready to work.
• Clocks in and out as scheduled.
• Demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude toward guests and team members.
• Completes all assigned tasks and duties from managers/supervisors.
• Follows proper cash-out/check-out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
• Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure guests receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and hospitality.

• Hospitality to Restaurant:
  Inspects restrooms, dining room, and wait area; cleans as needed and reports unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards. Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment in the restaurant.

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Able to speak to the restaurant s story and mission statement.
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
