The Role
In this role, you will support the property’s Talent Acquisition strategy by guiding hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and managing all pre‑hire activities to ensure smooth onboarding experience. You will also assist in administering Leave of Absence cases with empathy and compliance, act as an impartial resource in employee relations matters, and escalate potential legal concerns as needed. Additionally, you will help maintain accurate employee records, support internal audits, and contribute to engagement initiatives and programs such as celebrations, meetings, and recognition events.
The role also provides occasional support to Learning & Development, upholds Four Seasons’ work rules and conduct standards, and performs varied administrative tasks while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and strong collaborative relationships across the People & Culture team.
Salary Range: $82,000 to $87,550
Preferred Qualifications And Skills- Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.

- Occasional travel required
- Scheduled days and times may vary based on business need.
