Common Craft is searching for passionate team members who would like to join our team at our new multi-concept food and craft beverage hall and speakeasy restaurant in South Boston, MA.

Servers will engage with guests to create a warm and welcoming dining experience while providing attentive table service.

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast and Open Table is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
