We are a women-owned, Boston‑area plant‑based cafe seeking a fun, detail‑oriented cafe manager to help lead our experienced team at the High Street Place Food Hall.
- Manage daily hands‑on operations and schedule
- Train and supervise team members
- Oversee inventory and ordering
- Maintain high sanitation and safety standards
- Lead by example through incredible customer service
- Retail/food service management experience a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexible daytime schedule, Monday‑Friday
