Eastern Standard is seeking Bartenders who are eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, remain constantly curious about all things food & beverage, and work well in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. As a bartender you’ll be on the front line representing the Eastern Standard and broader ES Hospitality brand.

You’ll be responsible for selling and serving food and beverages to guests in a kind and professional manner, providing a memorable dining experience and ensuring repeat business through stylish execution of cocktail, wine, and beer service. As a bartender at ES you will have the opportunity to continue to learn and grow professionally alongside colleagues that take pride in what they do.

• Guide guest experiences from start to finish, taking orders, serving food and drink, and enthusiastically representing Eastern Standard and ES Hospitality as a whole
• Seek to make meaningful connections with guests in a fast‑paced, hospitality focused environment
• Possess solid bartending experience and cocktail knowledge, coupled with an eagerness to continue learning and developing
• Commit to continuous development of food, wine, beer, spirits, and service knowledge
• Possess a strong and professional work ethic
• Have daytime, evening and full weekend availability

$30–$50 per hour.
