Supervise food preparation to maintain quality, presentation, and sanitation standards, while verifying recipes, portion sizes, and adherence to policies;
Ensure kitchen equipment functions properly and supervise sanitation and organization of walk-ins and food storage;
Monitor food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership and manage labor/overhead costs;
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties per guidelines and assist with operations as needed;
Operate broilers, grills, and other cooking equipment; support the team during high-volume periods (e.g., home Bruins & Celtics games)
