What you will have an opportunity to do:

We're looking for an upbeat, people-loving Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our full-service hotel team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable dining experiences, and know how to motivate a team while keeping standards high, this might be the perfect fit for you.

What You'll Do:

• Lead by example with a positive, engaging presence on the floor — you're the energy that keeps the restaurant buzzing.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure every guest leaves feeling valued, welcomed, and eager to return.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching a dynamic restaurant team, building a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability.
• Hold staff accountable to hotel and brand standards while still inspiring them with encouragement, recognition, and clear communication.
• Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and culinary team to enhance service flow, boost guest satisfaction, and elevate the overall dining experience.

What We're Looking For:

• An outgoing, upbeat personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to guide, mentor, and hold staff accountable.
• Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience (hotel experience a plus!).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
