Position Summary
We re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to manage our custom jewelry program, bench repair operations, and in-house product development. In this role, success depends as much on your ability to plan, track, and coordinate as it does on your technical knowledge of jewelry. Because we are a small, close-knit team, collaboration is essential—you will work on a daily basis with sales, our production assistant, and bench jewelers to keep projects moving smoothly from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee all custom and special-order projects, ensuring clear and timely ongoing communication between sales, production, and vendors.
- Set and manage daily/weekly workflow priorities for the bench jewelers, keeping the sales team regularly updated on progress & deadlines
- Handle select in-house bench jobs and partner closely with the production assistant to complete repairs and projects.
- Manage vendor repairs and in-house work to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate new product development, sourcing materials, and tracking profitability.
- Maintain and oversee the Fuse Bracelet and Engraving programs, including inventory and margins. Use your skills and abilities to operate laser and engraving machine.
- Track and approve product quality, implement price changes, and monitor inventory levels.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and secure handling of all projects.
- Keep bench area & other production areas organized, clean and productive.
- Foster a respectful, team-focused environment where communication flows easily and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications/Characteristics
- 2-3+ years in bench jewelry work, jewelry production, repair, or custom design.
- Experience with Smartsheets or similar project management tools.
Schedule
:
Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday (some special events— occasional nights or weekends may be required)
