Based in North Andover, they specialize in the design, development and production of fast moving juvenile products. Due to rapid growth, they are looking to add a hardworking, organized and detail oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist Sales and Account Managers in sales analysis, inventory, shipping, sample management, and other administrative and data entry duties.
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
Compensation in the 50-70k range plus bonus opportunity

This position requires working 100% on site in North Andover but can provide some flex hours throughout the day.

ABOUT THIS ROLEIn this role, you will be responsible for working directly with Account Managers and Sales Reps assisting with the growth of our largest retail customers. This includes preparing for and attending customer meetings, quotations, item setup, data entry showroom merchandising, and internal briefing. It may also include day to day tasks on any requests that come in from customers.
To be successful in this role, you will have to be willing to learn and need to be a team player with a CAN DO attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities- Data entry and excel
- Interfacing with retail customers
- Assist in choosing product ranges for customers
- Complete customer quotations and line lists
- Hold and attend internal meetings
- Assist with supplier communications, requesting samples and information.
- Work with Internal product development teams, design studio and supply chain.
- Other daily duties as assigned
