Customer Service Rep, Cashier
Brief Description
As Cashier/Coat Check, a typical day might include the following:
- Processing sales transactions
- Accepting payments
- Calculating and returning change when required by the payment method
- Answering customer questions about the venue and policies
- Greeting guests and checking coats, bags and other belongings during show hours
- Safeguarding against theft, property damage
- Reconciling cash drawers
- Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner
- Ensuring your work area is maintained, clean and stocked
- Other duties as assigned

- You have flexible, open availability to work the hours required of the position
- Ability to calculate sales and change quickly
- Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts
