Become a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA). We are 2020 Companies, an outsourced sales and marketing company, representing well‑known brands in Consumer Electronics, Telecom, and Energy. Join our experienced sales team to bring Samsung mobile products, tablets, wearables, and more to customers at Best Buy.

- Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
- Uncover and understand customer needs, recommending appropriate Samsung products.
- Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees and customers.
- Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to achieve key initiatives and store goals.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Provide excellent customer and client service to both customers and Best Buy employees.
- Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Reset displays as requested and during new product launches.
- Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.

- Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals
- Customer/client satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
