Position: Floor Lead (Retail)

Role Overview

Mejuri is redefining fine jewelry to be a personal expression rather than a special occasion. The Floor Lead is a pivotal store leadership role that drives customer service excellence, team development, and seamless daily operations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to uphold the quality of the in‑store customer experience and communicate Sales Steps expectations to the team.
  • Maximize key performance indicators (KPIs) by driving personal performance and the performance and engagement of the floor team.
  • Ensure positive customer experience and promotion of services offerings (e.g., piercing, engraving).
  • Participate in inventory & cycle counts, order fulfillment, and maintain BOH organization and display inventory.
  • Utilize point‑of‑sale systems, inventory management software, and other retail technology.
  • Mitigate product loss and support escalations with cross‑functional teams.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, fixtures, and store cleanliness.
  • Support onboarding, performance assessment, employee engagement, and compliance practices.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a high volume retail environment.
  • Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
  • Excellent organization and analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking ability – identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
  • Physical requirements:

    stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with store availability.
