• Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.

• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire colleagues and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment.
• Support managers in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in‑store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns.
• Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems for business analysis and tracking of store and individual KPIs.
• Help maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
• Operate the POS system and conduct email, opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well‑maintained shopping environment: dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures and decor; clean doors, window glass, mirrors; pick up and empty trash cans; sweep and mop hard floors; wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, shared common areas & equipment.
• Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations.
• Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions.
• Support new store openings across the US as needed.
• Participate in nationwide contests to promote team spirit.

• Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to self‑motivation and goal orientation.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift more than 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items such as mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos.
