The Sales Lead is a crucial role for the store, dedicated to client service and fashion expertise, consistently representing Oniverse Key values:

- Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach.

- Capture customers’ information using multiple means, including phone and written follow‑up contact.
- Manage client book, following up on shopping experiences and product care inquiries.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the Store Manager.
- Demonstrate full product knowledge to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize fashion expertise to inspire colleagues and build collaborative partnerships in a team‑focused environment.
- Support managers in maximizing efficiency in executing standard in‑store operations, such as daily replenishment and processing of seasonal markdowns.
- Partner with the Manager to leverage internal systems for business analysis and tracking of store and individual KPIs.
- Help maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
- Operate the POS system and conduct email, opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a clean and well‑maintained shopping environment: dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures and decor; clean doors, window glass, mirrors; pick up and empty trash cans; sweep and mop hard floors; wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, shared common areas & equipment.
- Report directly to the Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient store operations.
- Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions.
- Support new store openings across the US as needed.
- Participate in nationwide contests to promote team spirit.
Job Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to self‑motivation and goal orientation.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift more than 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items such as mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos.
