Part Time Retail Salesperson

Position Summary

This is a permanent part‑time role.

Scan Scape Retail Scan Associates visit a designated selection of stores, capturing data at aisle end caps throughout each store. The data collected is analyzed and used to improve the sales performance of the product and the retailer.

In this position you will work at major brand retailers such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, and other national chains, as well as smaller specialty stores. You will use a downloadable app on your mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout the store.

• Perform in‑store data collection at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Complete display scanning of the entire store on a weekly basis.
• Participate in custom projects and special projects throughout the year, often with higher demand from January through June.
• Report to your store within the described deadline and meet weekly data submission deadlines.
• Adhere to quality‑driven standards and dependable reporting to deliver accurate data to clients.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

• Paid travel at hourly rate (minus first and last 15 minutes).
• Flexible working hours tailored to accommodate personal schedules.

• Available workdays:
  Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday.
• Store types: grocery, convenience, drug, pet, and mass merchandise stores.
