We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our boutique in Boston's prestigious Back Bay neighborhood, adjacent to the renowned Mandarin Oriental Boston.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will help lead a boutique that sits at the intersection of luxury retail, hospitality, and design while supporting team development, client relationships, and business performance.
This unique location serves local residents, luxury travelers, design professionals, and hospitality clientele seeking elevated home and lifestyle experiences, offering the opportunity to help shape and grow a luxury business within one of Boston's most distinguished destinations.
