Responsibilities
- Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADP
- Communicate with ADP on any payroll issues
- Prepare manual off‑cycle payments
- Enter general ledgers and reconcile payroll journal entries in Workday
- Manage miscellaneous items for payrolls, including fringe benefits and deductions
- Maintain employee 401(k) elections
- Reconcile monthly bank statements
- Respond to employee payroll related questions and issues
- Assist with payroll and corporate annual audits
- Assist with payroll related projects for HR and finance teams
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required
- BS degree
- 3–5 years of payroll experience
- Experience with ADP, preferably Work Force Now
- Experience with Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast‑paced, multi‑business unit environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
