Store Operations Associate - Boston Copley Place

Summary

The Store Operations Associate supports efficient store performance and compliance with company policies at the Boston Copley Place location. This role ensures product care, manages goods receipt and inventory processes, and maintains high in-store standards while supporting events and omni-channel order flow. The Associate works with store teams and external partners to resolve operational issues and achieve operational KPIs.

• Perform regular in-store checks, audits and support onboarding to ensure policy compliance
• Manage goods receipt, storage, transfers, returns and preparation of merchandise for the sales floor
• Plan and support inventory counts, cycle counts and reconciliations across stores
• Coordinate repairs, contractors, cleaning services and liaise with Loss Prevention and Security
• Support after-sales processes, staff uniform distribution and back-of-house organization
• Manage omni-channel order flow, packaging and courier evaluation to ensure service levels

• Previous retail operations experience with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to travel regularly and work occasional evenings or weekends
• Detail-oriented, able to train and support store teams on BOH procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders and lift packages up to 35 lbs
• Motivated to deliver results and support store performance against KPIs
