Next Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, comes from a 25+ year legacy in the telecom industry. We are expanding rapidly across NYC and are looking for motivated sales associates to grow with us.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and recommend wireless phones, plans, and accessories
- Assist with activations, upgrades, and account troubleshooting
- Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and accurate inventory
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven to meet sales targets and earn commissions
- Tech-savvy with basic smartphone knowledge
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
