Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leadership role based in Boston, MA. The leader in this role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and adherence to company policies. They guide, coach, and schedule team members to meet sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, providing real-time feedback, and supporting training and development to build a high-performing, collaborative team.

This person also partners with upper management to implement company initiatives, support brand standards, and ensure a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications
  • Proven leadership and people management skills, including team coaching, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
  • Retail operations experience, such as cash handling, inventory control, and visual merchandising in a fashion or lifestyle environment.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build relationships, drive revenue, and create an engaging in-store experience.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills, including clear verbal and written communication and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires standing, walking, and light lifting during shifts.
  • Previous supervisory experience in retail or a related field is strongly preferred; fashion retail experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, retail management, or a related area is beneficial.
