Client Advisor - Copley Place

Summary

The Client Advisor is a store-based brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized client experiences and driving sales through cross-selling and clienteling. This role requires ownership of client relationships, use of CRM and digital tools, and consistent achievement of individual KPIs. The position also involves maintaining shopfloor standards and executing operational and stock procedures.

• Greet, listen to and assist clients, demonstrating strong product knowledge and passion for fashion.
• Proactively cross-sell across product categories and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized service, CRM and digital clienteling initiatives.
• Support store visual merchandising, maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor, and follow company presentation standards.
• Execute cash activity, inventory, logistics and reporting tasks as required by head office.
• Foster teamwork, open communication and a positive working environment in line with company behaviours.

• Proven experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with demonstrated selling skills.
• Track record of driving and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
• Client-centric approach, strong verbal and written communication, and ability to use CRM and digital retail tools.
• Interest and knowledge of luxury products, fashion trends and the luxury market.
• Ability to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift packages of approximately 10 lbs. regularly.
