Major Activities
- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs; ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
- Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
- Lead the delivery of high‑quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Achieve your KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s.
- Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking.
- Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members; support talent development activities; participate in performance management of your team; utilize leadership competencies for ongoing self‑development.
- Partner with MODs daily on expectations of framing and other framers.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure standards are followed and completed within budget.
- Follow SOPs and company programs and ensure a safe environment.
- Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni‑channel processes.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous custom framing experience.
- Retail management experience.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods.
- Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

- Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled customer areas; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled; occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
- Frame shop with glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.00 - $22.20
