Frame Manager

Major Activities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs; ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high‑quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Achieve your KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their role KPI’s.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time for networking.
• Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
• Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training of new team members; support talent development activities; participate in performance management of your team; utilize leadership competencies for ongoing self‑development.
• Partner with MODs daily on expectations of framing and other framers.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization’s vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure standards are followed and completed within budget.
• Follow SOPs and company programs and ensure a safe environment.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate product, and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni‑channel processes.

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous custom framing experience.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

• Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to move throughout the store.
• Ability to remain standing for long periods.
• Lifting heavy boxes and frames and accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

• Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled customer areas; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled; occasional outdoor work retrieving shopping carts or unloading trucks.
• Frame shop with glass cutter and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Total Base Pay Range for this Position: $16.00 - $22.20
