What You Will Do
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a Keyholder. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by the management team. The role requires providing superior customer service standards, developing customer relationships that lead to repeat business, executing short- and long-term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy, and maintaining a neat and organized product and brand image presentation.

- Leader in productivity
- Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts
- Assists the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals and individual sales goals established by the management team
- Enforces company policies and procedures
- Performs open and close procedures for the store
- Provides training to new store employees
- Effectively executes visual directives, enterprise selling tools, and customer service standards
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bilingual:
Spanish or Mandarin
Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
