Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earn $17.00 Per Hour

• Flexible and Full‑time schedules between 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm)

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.

• Transport or lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk around facilities, spending up to 50% time outdoors; able to climb stairs and open large doors.
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds.

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between work locations and for related duties (mileage reimbursement available).
