Support Associate, Retail

Job Overview

We are a luxury lifestyle brand founded in 2004, seeking a versatile, customer‑focused retail associate to support front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations.

• Act as greeter, runner, cashier, and phone responder.
• Understand and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow.
• Assist with any tasks needed to keep the store running smoothly.

• 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment (stock‑related experience a plus).
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending and standing for extended periods.

Hourly rate: $16.00 – $19.00 USD, based on experience and location.
