Sales Specialist

Summary

Provide high level client service and achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining operational and asset protection standards in a luxury retail boutique. Work collaboratively with the sales and selling support teams and report to the Managing Director in a fast paced environment.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
• Organize and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Process transactions accurately including receipts and CRM updates
• Support after sales administrative tasks and communicate POS discrepancies
• Participate in inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts
• Follow asset protection procedures including sign in sheets bag checks and key control
• Provide prompt friendly client service including assistance with wrapping and packaging

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in a luxury environment preferred
• Strong relationship development and communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and open availability
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
