Summary
The Sales Associate supports store goals by delivering exceptional customer service, representing brand values, and contributing to store performance. This role focuses on building client relationships, promoting product knowledge, and executing omnichannel service initiatives to grow brand awareness in the market.
Responsibilities- Achieve personal and store sales targets through proactive selling
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a world class client experience
- Represent and support brand values and culture on the sales floor
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product, company history, and policies
- Execute visual merchandising and merchandising guidelines and standards
- Perform omnichannel service tasks and initiatives
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
- Passion for fashion and brand ambassadorship
- Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively
- Comfort with change and adapting to retail innovations
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
