We're looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associates to join our Boston boutique. If you're passionate about retail, customer service, fashion, and golf culture, this is your opportunity to represent one of today's most exciting lifestyle brands.

Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by building authentic relationships with customers.

Drive sales by providing expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining visual presentation standards.

Stay informed on new product launches, golf trends, and brand initiatives.

Collaborate with teammates to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive team environment.

Represent the Malbon brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and authenticity.

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Passion for golf, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Competitive pay: $21.00–$24.00 per hour
