Job Summary
The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, including inventory management and back‑of‑house product operations. The role leads inventory shifts, maintains floor and BOH organization, supports performance evaluations, and acts as Supervisor on Duty during shift work. It also delivers a world‑class guest experience and participates in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
CoreResponsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into action.
- Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities following standard operating procedures.
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management, creating a productive shift environment.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal availability.
- Analyze daily business data and metrics to inform decisions, including product focus and pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process: recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Provide direct feedback and coaching to support team member performance and development.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment through supportive relationships.
- When acting as Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world‑class guest experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
- Reliable transportation to travel to the assigned store.
- Work schedule varies based on store needs.
- Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Peak periods may include early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics using business technology.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience.
- Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

- Works both independently and as part of a team, often using computers or other technical devices.
- Occasionally moves boxes up to 30 lbs or uses ladders.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service, may use industrial kitchen equipment and be exposed to heat for food preparation.
Base Pay Range: $24.00 – $27.61 per hour (subject to local minimum wage). Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour. Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 – $29.61 per hour.
