Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, including counting register funds and completing bank deposits.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed.
• Create a personalized customer experience through sales and product knowledge.
• Reflect the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with customers.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support loss prevention and store security.

• 2–4 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

USD 17.00 – 21.00 per hour, based on experience and location.
