Job Summary

Educators are the backbone of our customer experience, responsible for engaging guests, sharing product knowledge, and delivering authentic, high‑quality support and service.

Key Responsibilities of the Job Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience
  • Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time.
  • Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
  • Provide technical product education by articulating the product’s value and benefit.
  • Facilitate a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience by conducting accurate, timely transactions and executing market‑relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) according to company standards.
  • Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right.”
Working with Others
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
  • Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
Operations
  • Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., restock, relocate items) according to company standards.
  • Use in‑store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
  • Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the luxury environment.
  • Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Job Requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must provide proof of Right to Work and any required local legislative evidence (EMEA only).
  • Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with personal transportation.
Availability
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Other Willingness Requirements
  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
  • Willing to move through a store for most of a shift to help guests and accomplish work.
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg).
  • Willing to work both as part of a team and independently.
Job Assets (nice to have)
  • Education:

    High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Compensation & Benefits Package

Base Pay Range: $20.50 – $23.59 per hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.

Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.

Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.50 – $25.59 per hour.
