Amazon One Medical is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for our Senior Health division. The role supports the financial health, investments and internal operations of One Medical by driving the right investments, maintaining controllership, and distilling data into insights that push our business forward.
Key Job Responsibilities- Monthly and quarterly close, forecasting, planning, and analytics, including gathering, manipulating, analyzing, and exporting/importing data from internal data warehouse and payer provider portals, and providing variance analyses and reports to leadership.
- Partner with business and finance leaders to develop long‑term strategies and new initiatives to delight customers.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Science and Fin Tech to implement data‑driven reporting and driver‑based forecasting solutions.
- Submit all key operating plans and quarterly guidance, maintaining accuracy in Cognos, Roster, and Assembly.
- Track and plan headcount and OPEX allocations, and perform variance analysis on drivers.
- Develop membership strategies for retention and expansion.
- Own and update W metrics across the Senior Health business.
- Reconcile models for eligibility records and payments.
- Engage in FP&A work streams and mechanisms.
- Model KPIs for value‑based care through deep‑dive analysis.
- Consolidate data during planning cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or related analytical field.
- 3+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
- 3+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
- 4+ years identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Experience with cube engine tools (e.g., TM1, Cognos or Essbase), SQL and data warehouse.
- 4+ years participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
- Experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).

Salary range:
USA, CA, San Francisco: $73,600 – $128,800 per year
USA, NY, New York: $73,600 – $128,800 per year
USA, WA, Seattle: $82,700 – $117,100 per year
