Liquor Store Associate, Allston

Gopuff is seeking a self-starting and ambitious individual to lead a start-up Retail Operation as a Liquor Store Associate. You will be responsible for managing our customer-facing retail location, working with a strong central team to deliver excellent customer service. If you are growth-minded and proactive, we want to hear from you.

• 2-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality management experience
• Experience in a sales-focused environment, managing financial performance, and creating a sales culture
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written
• Flexible schedule as required by business needs
• Strong business agility and adaptability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with a willingness to assist others
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds

• Assist with daily operations following company policies
• Build and maintain a customer-centric sales and service culture
• Train and develop team members to foster a sales-focused environment
• Ensure store appearance aligns with marketing and merchandising standards
• Maintain visual presentation, signage, and pricing accuracy
• Manage inventory levels and safety standards, protect assets
• Participate in product knowledge training and coach team members
• Utilize company tools and systems effectively to meet customer and team needs
• Drive retail sales, margins, and key performance metrics
