About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and offering support and guidance. You’ll use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience, work on garment refill and care, maintain presentation, and help keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house clean and tidy while collaborating closely with the store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and supporting them with direct service.
• Engage and converse with customers to provide excellent service.
• Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
• Promote and sell our products to customers.
• Advocate our Customer Loyalty App and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.
• Work with store management to reach sales targets.

• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scenes, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Share relevant product and fashion information with customers.

• Share your service, fashion, and store operation knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements.
• Exchange feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and courses relevant to your role and future development.

• Complete the full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house (including stockrooms).
• Help with garment presentation, merchandise displays, and visual and commercial guidelines.
• Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines.
• Adhere to in‑store OMNI services and technologies such as the Instore Care App, Click & Collect, and Smart Store.
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements.
