• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Use effective phone etiquette to answer inquiries, provide information, and direct calls appropriately
• Support supervising staff in daily operations, including supervising team members when needed and ensuring adherence to store policies
